SuperWinLeague is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and integrity-driven environment where every participant, fan or footballer competes on equal grounds. This policy ensures that gameplay outcomes, rewards, and leaderboard standings are determined solely by verified performance, not by chance, manipulation, or bias.
1. Core Principles
Transparency
All gameplay rules, scoring systems, and reward criteria are clearly communicated and accessible to all users.
Equality
Every verified user competes under identical conditions without preferential treatment.
Integrity
All activities are monitored to prevent fraud, multiple accounts, or collusion.
Accountability
Users and administrators are held responsible for compliance with platform standards.
2. Question and Scoring Fairness
- • All trivia or quiz questions are generated by SWL's AI engine using verified football databases and current match data.
- • Difficulty levels are automatically balanced to ensure every player faces comparable challenge levels.
- • Randomization prevents two users from receiving identical question sets in the same session.
- • Each question set is logged with a timestamp and difficulty rating for transparency and audit.
3. Dispute Resolution
- • Users may appeal any disputed question, score, or reward within 48 hours of gameplay.
- • Appeals are reviewed by a Fair Play Review Team comprising system admins and content auditors.
- • Where errors are confirmed (AI misgrading, duplicate data, etc.), adjustments are made and recorded in the leaderboard audit log.
- • All resolutions are communicated directly to affected users via email or dashboard notification.
4. Anti-Cheating Measures
- • Device and IP checks detect account duplication or coordinated manipulation.
- • AI monitors gameplay patterns to flag suspicious activity (unusual accuracy, rapid answering, or mass account creation).
- • Accounts confirmed for cheating are subject to suspension or permanent deactivation, and rewards forfeited.
5. Reward Integrity
- • All reward disbursements are verified against leaderboard data and transaction logs.
- • The system performs dual verification — one automated (AI) and one manual (Admin) — before wallet crediting.
- • Any identified irregularity triggers an internal review and may delay payout pending confirmation.
6. Data & Transparency
- • All gameplay data, question sources, and scoring records are securely logged and periodically audited.
- • No administrator can manually alter leaderboard scores without triggering a system log entry.
- • Leaderboard updates occur automatically in real time to ensure unbiased ranking.
7. User Responsibility
- • Users must maintain accurate personal information and adhere to SWL's Terms of Service.
- • Sharing accounts or impersonating others violates this policy.
- • Users are encouraged to report suspicious activities to the Fair Play Helpdesk for prompt investigation.
